“My journey wasn’t that difficult, instead, it was one of patience and growth - one I had to undertake in preparation for this. For a long time the road felt like pockets of unanswered prayers and unattainable dreams - like ‘the never meant to be’.
Looking back I see why, as I’ve gathered my group of people that were cheering me on, believing in my God given talent and nudging me to reach a little further than I thought I could - that my wings weren’t cut after all.
Taking the journey on my own back then when I thought I had it all, wouldn’t have led to this beautiful community of supporters and cheerleaders that made me realise how God needs us to be vulnerable and honest and in communion with others.”
